Dash Diet Exercise Program

Here is a Dash Diet exercise program that will compliment your healthy diet as weight loss is more than just changing your eating habits; an exercise regime must be an integral part of your plan. When you exercise, you burn calories and fat and less fat in the body means a slimmer waistline.

Diet, nutrition, exercise, and supplementation can all but eliminate the need for most prescription drugs.  As we age, our bodies change, hormones fluctuate, and the downhill spiral begins.  By correctly supplementing hormonal levels to bring the body back into balance, quality of life is greatly improved.

There are many exercise programs that you can try such as yoga, Pilates, boxing, dancing, or swimming, plus you can switch up your options each week. For best results, do a mixture of high intensity workouts to help you lose the weight, but also incorporate strength training or targeted exercises that will tone your body.

Cardio burns the most calories, so it is ideal for fast weight loss, but afterward you need to include a few hours a week of strength training.
