Stir ground turmeric and ground ginger into a cup of boiling water.
Cool and pour over ice. Turmeric may settle, just stir to mix.
Add lemon juice to taste.

Frothy Turmeric Milk
This is a delicious frothy Turmeric Milk recipe that starts your day the right way.
2 Cups warm almond milk
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup
Whisk or blend until frothy and enjoy.

- 2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 4 tsp. raw ginger powder
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1/3 cup sparkling water
- cayenne pepper
- Pour turmeric, ginger, lemon, agave syrup, and 1/3 cup water into a glass and stir.
- Top off with more sparkling water and sprinkle with cayenne pepper, if desired
