Squeeze the juice of a Fresh Lemon

3 tbsp. of Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Truvia packets (use organic stevia if you can)
3/4 of a Cinnamon Stick or 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/3 of a fresh piece of ginger (1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger)
12 oz. of cold water
16 oz. bottle or Mason jar
Add all of your ingredients in to a 16 oz glass bottle or mason jar. Give it a shake and refrigerate.
